Do you ship globally?

Yes we do! We offer international shipping to most destinations worldwide. All packages are sent from Pino’s own kennel in Sydney, Australia, patience for the pup is appreciated.

Good things take time! We are a small, independent publisher and we want to make sure that every package arrives to you perfectly. Please allow additional time for to be processing.

Below you will find the expected shipping times, however once items leave us we have no control over postal movements so we always recommend ordering early for special occasions.

Australia

Express post: Within 1-2 days once processed (non-metro locations may experience slight delays)

Regular: Within 5-8 days once processed.

Please note: Shipping timeframes may be subject to change according to peak times, holidays, promotional periods. Let us all not forget the  recent pandemic should add a spicy little kick!

We do not offer express postage for International/ global orders. Please contact us for any special requests, Pino will always do his best to accomodate!

10-14 business days. Please allow time for your order to be received and processed by our team (we are only just starting out, so patience is appreciated)
